Just a little background on me, I've never had addiction problems to any drugs before and was Introduced to kratom by a friend of mine. I am a professional athlete and found that having 2 tea spoons of the green strain pre practice was AMAZING. I started doing this only twice a week, now I am up to 4days sometimes 5 days a week. I have noticed that the days I do not take kratom I feel exhausted, and it is effecting my training. Is there anything wrong with me taking 2 tea spoons once a day before practice or is 7 days a week to much? Should I Instead start cutting back on my kratom consumption? Thank you guys in advance
