I've been experimenting with 750 mg L tyrosine 1x per day, then 5 minutes later I consume around 1.5 grams of kratom. I redose another gram of kratom 3-4 hours later.
But I always take the B vitamins randomly throughout the day, usually with lunch.
How would you recommend the structure of this regimen? Should I take them together or not? And should I up the Tyrosine dose, or with such a low dosage of kratom I should be fine?
