Has anyone found that different strains don't really do much? But rather kratom seems to be affected by what you are doing. For example, if I am sitting on my couch, I start to feel tired even if I take a white strain. The white strain, in this case, seems to make me even more tired than not taking it.
But say I take a red strain, and I am working out. The red strain seems to give me more energy. More so than working out alone would.
Is there any sense to this? Or is it just in my head.
