When I first started kratom, I saw some people say that for anxiety and depression kratom isn't worth it unless you're dosing every day. I've found that 3x a week has been great! gives me a break, and lets me calm down and reset so I can keep trying to push to try and be happy and active. been using for about 6 months still taking around 4 grams, no tolerance increase and no real addiction. just wanted to put it out there for anyone who is considering kratom for mental health issues but is worried about daily use. if you know you can stick to a schedule of two to three times a week, and of course if you have a very addictive personality it might be more difficult. but I've been loving it!
