I’ve been taking Kratom 3 times/ week for about a year now as a tool to help combat my depression and I can say that the results are great so far.

I am not looking to up the rate of my consumption but I am looking to get more of a punch when I do choose to take it.

I’ve Been looking through this sub for a while now and have seen some posts about potentiating the effects of Kratom. I’ve read up on the usual grapefruit juice and turmeric root additions but would love some personal insight into what you long time Kratom enthusiasts find helpful!

One comment I saw in particular was a guy talking about his “Friday night dose” in which he used citric acid as well as a slew of other ingredients to potentiate his Kratom and I am looking to craft my own concoction for use on days when I really need it
