Growing trees indoors?
@guywithtrees hello! I was wondering if you're growing trees inside? How practical is that? Am very interested since the government is so against it!
I live in the north east (lots of snow in the winter). I researched what i'd need to do to grow and indoor was the suggestion. I know a few people who grow outdoors in the summer/indoors in the winter. Indoors with the right set up is 100% doable!!
Indoor growing is practical as long as you keep up with trimming and topping and training. Kratom is nice because it tolerates a wide range of heat and even thrives in high heat conditions. It helps to maintain humidity, either a tent inside or so many plants that the soil evaporation maintains humidity. They get a bit unhappy when the humidity drops too drastically. I’ve got a few projects going on right now, but i’m hoping to do a short guide about kratom indoors. At least some pictures. (A thread i posted and recently replied in has a handful of kratom plants in grow tents.) One guy from the Pacific Northwest told me he had a kratom plant in a greenhouse outside. It goes deciduous and drops leaves in winter, but apparently it came back three years in a row. They can be very resilient trees!

Wow very encouraging! Is there a place to buy seedlings or starters? Wouldn't even know where to begin!
I personally don't grow too many plants indoors as I have the climate and soil to grow outdoors all year long. I try and plan as many trees as I can in the ground. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1hWIjYFQCZYm-QVszpOo8g8EcxacOlHN regardless of where you're growing I recommend you look at the Ruth Stout method. It's amazing. The hay will keep the roots and soil moist. This is extremely beneficial during winter as it helps keep the roots warm. We also plant lima beans to provide constant nutrients to the soil. We add fishing motion to our roots people we plant the trees. And we also add a layer of coconut husks before we plant the trees just above the fish emulsion. And I've also sent my Kratom seed pods and cuttings to countries like Canada and Eastern Europe. For purchasing plants I sell my 3 for 1 root in the bag unrooted Kratom cuttings here https://www.kratomleaf.us/product/3-unrooted-american-kratom-cuttings-6inch/ For Kratom seed pod https://www.kratomleaf.us/product/kratom-seed/ And for rooted cuttings https://www.kratomleaf.us/product/kratom-cuttings/
Thanks so much for info! Do you provide care and putting instructions? If not is there a website? Sorry so many questions!
@Susan-Girten I believe that they are available on each products page. And no problem ask any questions you like :)
Well after I asked I actually looked and found all the info! Thanks for answering me so quickly
