I can't believe I slept until

I can't believe I slept until after 7. Near 730. This is very odd. I always get up earlier.

Has anyone else noticed better sleep patterns? I don't recall this being a benefit.

I've noticed an improvement on my sleeping schedule.

I am a restless sleeper. I toss and turn all night. I wake up at the same time each morning.

For the last three days, I've woken up after 6am which is an improvement, giving me 2-3 extra hours of sleep.
