I live in upper Michigan and my mail is routed through Wisconsin where Kratom is illegel. Are there and legal risks by having Kratom shipped to me?

No, that should not be a problem at all 99.9% of the time. It is not illegal on your end, but "technically" they could seize your package in Wisconsin if someone in Wisconsin knew what it was and wanted to mess with you. I've only heard of that happening once and that was from a P.O box owner and not even the post office. I wouldn't sweat it at all.
