Been using almost daily since October. Used to take a teaspoon (2.3g) 1-2 times a day. I've increased that in the past month to 3-5 times a day. Starting to notice some unpleasantness. When I wake up in the morning I have a splitting headache, feel almost flu-like until I take some. Usually first dose will work fine for 4 hours but the headache and grogginess returns after that and taking more only makes it a little better, not getting rid of it completely.

In the past week I've been trying other things to reduce the impact of the headaches: Paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin, sumatriptan, codeine. All kinda work but not to the extent they usually would at all. Especially the sumatriptan not working well is very worrying.

I'm guessing I've gone too far and need to cut down. Problem is I'm in the middle of exam season and have a bunch of exams starting this week through to the end of the month, so going through WDs isn't really an option right now.

Anyone got some experience with this sorta thing?
