Hi everyone,  I'm an old beach bum transplanted to the Calif desert. I've been using kratom for at least six years for various physical issues and have always found it to be effective and with minimal side effects, especially compared to big pharma drugs. When I was a newbie I occasionally used too much but the only bad effect was nausea for a time. Overdose on pharmaceuticals and you'll end up in the hospital or on a slab.
