I have decided doing the smoothie works ok, but I found today ended up with better results.
Instead of doing two in the morning and two in the afternoon, I did three in the morning with none in the afternoon.
The effect was a stronger morning and by 1-2pm I was starting to feel the pain. However, I was able to maintain until 4pm when I got home.
I thought about taking another two but I am not going to waste it since I'm home and not moving around as much.
Another thing I noticed was the leaves are starting to wilt. As I said, I put them in the crisper of the frig which allowed them a fairly good life.
Changing the number of leaves and when I took them changed my BPM and blood pressure, which was down two more points.
I still had a good night sleeping, but woke up at 5:30. However, I was really relaxed and didn't need to get up and was able to fall back asleep, which I NEVER do because I'm usually so restless.
