This  disgrace of a bill would shift liability of user submitted content from the poster to the website operators who would also incur massive fines for offering a platform for content. Not hard to see this can be used as a hammer on the Kratom community. Enshrinng current practice into law and breaking a key tenant of a free internet and an individuals right to responsibility for their words.
