Eat your Weeds! In this case I'll be steeping my weeds by way of Spanish Needle (Bidens Alba) Tea. Eating the flowers fresh, perhaps in a salad, is an excellent way to get in some local pollen also. The young leaves can also be added to salads but I would cook the older tougher leaves. As with everything, do your research!!! Especially before eating absolutely anything ❤️
And please never collect in parking lots, along busy roads, or near polluted water. Always use discretion.
Aways remember to leave some for the bees and other pollinating friends!
